Maqsood Ali founded TSI Engineering in Sacramento, CA with a vision for excellence in engineering. Starting as a one-man operation from his garage, he built the company on years of experience in construction management, geotechnical engineering, and environmental design, supported by a master’s degree in structural engineering.
Within a year, TSI expanded into a professional office and has since grown to multiple locations, positioning itself as a leading civil engineering firm on the West Coast. Backed by decades of combined leadership experience, TSI remains committed to its core values: delivering solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining excellence in every project.
