Project Description

TSI Engineering delivered critical levee remediation and roadway improvements for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the American River Common Features (ARCF) flood risk reduction program.

The Reach B, I-5 Window segment included approximately 0.53 miles of levee improvements along Garden Highway and North Bayou Road (STA 437+00 to 465+00) in Sacramento County. 

The project required maintaining minimum flood protection during construction, complying with seasonal floodway restrictions, and coordinating with multiple federal, state, and local agencies.
