Project Description

TSI Engineering served as the prime contractor for the complete replacement of the Westley Safety Roadside Rest Area along Interstate 5. This federally funded, building-construction project involved full demolition and reconstruction of a high-traffic public facility adjacent to an active state highway corridor.

Delivered under a 310 working-day schedule, the project required disciplined coordination, environmental compliance, and multi-discipline construction management.
