Design and Construction of Fueling Facility (United Gas & Food) in Sacramento,
The company principal engineer provided consulting engineering and project management
services for the remodeling of Gas Station in Sacramento, California that included;

Prepared plans and specifications to extend existing convenience store (35 ft. by 45 ft.) to
ten feet to make (35 ft. by 55 ft.),

Prepared plans and specifications for the construction of new car wash ((19 ft. by 45 ft.).

Prepared construction drawings including topographic plan, grading and drainage plans,
sewer, storm and erosion control plan, structural plans including foundation plans,
architectural plans, mechanical and plumbing plans, electrical plans, and landscape plans.

Performed pavement analysis and prepared specifications and bid documents for the
construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, vent system, and asphalt and concrete pavements.
All plans have been submitted to the City of Sacramento for approval.

Installed new roof and two 25 ft. by 45 ft. canopies, and vent rack and monitoring system.
