This project focuses on enhancing the Maxwell safety roadside rest area comprehensively, encompassing both northbound and southbound sections. Activities involve meticulous ramp closure management, refined traffic control measures, enhancements to parking facilities, upgraded striping and markings, installation of optimized sewage pond configurations, advanced restroom enhancements, fortified fencing, extensive utility work involving water, sewage, electricity, and communication networks, along with the integration of a generator system.

Installation of a novel water distribution setup encompassing a well, tank, pipelines (Galvanized, Gray-Iron Threaded Fittings) ASME B16.4, Class 125(standard pattern.), and generator, complemented by new access road asphalt.
