Prepared submittals including work plan, project schedule, quality control plan, site health & safety plan which included activity hazard analysis (AHA), and accident prevention plan (APP).

Prepared structural drawings for the two-story tower. The first floor was designed as the burn room. The second floor was designed to be used for various training purposes.

Vendor fabricated the 18'Lx16'Wx25'-6"H fire training tower with a 14'Lx16'Wx9'H burn room.

Performed foundation excavation, placed rebars, and placed cement concrete.

Erected the two-story tower (25'-6" high). The burn room was designed to be equipped with insulation and temperature monitoring system, and interior stairs leading to the roof from the second floor. The high roof was designed as a singled slope (16 Deg.) roof and low roof is 1/2"/12". Top roof contained 4'x4' chop out curb and repelling railing system with chain gate on one side.

Installed 36"x48" windows with galvanized steel shutter and 36"x84" steel door.

Placed Westec insulation in walls.
