We undertook the meticulous establishment of essential catch basins, integrating hydrodynamic separators within manholes, and incorporating valves with an array of functions, including backflow prevention mechanisms and pressure measurement capabilities. For the storm drainage network, we skillfully implemented 8-inch pipe culverts to facilitate efficient water flow management. In the construction of buildings and a bathhouse, we artfully integrated 90-degree sweep fittings, culminating in capped features that harmoniously blend functionality and visual appeal. To ensure an unwavering domestic water supply, we expertly laid down 2-inch PVC pipes. Furthermore, our efforts extended to the exacting calibration and optimization of utility vaults, valves, covers, and cleanouts. In the context of storm drain systems, we judiciously integrated 45-degree WYE connections, enhancing drainage efficiency. Employing the Riprap method-A, with a width spanning 24 inches. Additionally, our approach encompassed the utilization of perforated outlets within the storm drain system. A significant facet of our endeavor encompassed the strategic construction of U-channel basins, coupled with the implementation of the specialized 604-C catch basin. Notably, a cornerstone of our work lay in the incorporation of the Reduced Pressure Pump (RPP) assembly, a pivotal element in meeting the exacting standards set by the local water district. We also introduced the Double Check (DC) valve assembly, complete with an Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) mechanism. For the utility trench system, we adhered to the esteemed Caltrans standard by employing imported bedding material. Our commitment to durability and functionality was further underscored by the use of galvanized and stainless steel vaults, along with manhole covers engineered to withstand H20 loads. A pivotal facet of our comprehensive work involved the integration of duplex grinder submersible sewage ejector pumps, boasting an impressive flow rate of 75-GPM, operating at 3450-RPM, and driven by a 12-HP motor. Undoubtedly, a crowning achievement of our project was the implementation of a SCADA system.
