TSI is close to completion on this design-build project for SSA. The work includes dimensional shop drawings of the structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing improvements and the installation of a new walk in cooler, freezer and dry storage room.
Services included:

Preparation of pre-construction submittals including product data sheets, project schedule and material approval, and site health & safety plan (S&H).

TSI installed a new walk-in freezer, new walk-in refrigerator unit, fluorescent lamp ceiling fixtures, all plumbing and electrical for the freezer and refrigerator units.

Installed a 150amp service power panel to support the freezer and refrigerator unit. Installed evaporator units and a condenser unit for both freezer and refrigerator units towards the back of the building to aesthetically please the SSA.

Electrical, HVAC, and building construction work was in accordance with NFPA 70E, NFPA 90A, and NFPA 5000.

Constructed a dry storage room with an access door into the storage room.

Installed a new floor consisting of 12” x 12” linoleum tiles within the dry storage area.

Demolished and removed the existing freezer along with all associated equipment, electrical and plumbing lines.

Constructed a vending snack area adjacent to the vending cooler along with light fixtures to illuminate the vending area. .
Provided a Health and Safety Officer (HSO), and Site Safety Officers (SSHO) to ensure health and safety for the field staff and to be in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
