The main scope of work is the construction of the electrical substation with 610LFt of CMU wall, construction of transformer pad, battery slabs and splash pads, laying down of the conduits with the mule tape from main feed to the substation and pull boxes.

Services included:

• Clearing and grubbing of the entire 145'x155' area,excavate 18" and backfill with Aggregate base and 4"Crushed rocks surfacing on the top.
• TSI setup a staging area including temporary offices, sanitary facilities, storage buildings, storage yards, temporary water service, and temporary toilets with hand wash station Enclosed all staging area with fences.
• Excavate for the Pier Caisson (60)ea forThe CMU Perimeter wall 610LFTx10' High. The wall piers will be 7ft underground.
• Construct Transformer pad, battery slab pads and splash Pads.
• Install grounding grid for the entire substation with 71eaground rods and brandy crimping at each cross.
• Construct new 12' High CMU reinforced substation property 610 Ft Perimeter wall by constructing 3ft diameter 17ft Piers at every 10ft with 7ft underground by placing rebar cage and pouring concrete.
• Landscaping work to match the existing.
• Installation of the new 3”,4” and 6” conduits and power pull boxes from SMUD active power boxes to the substations.
• Install one (1) new 24' gate and a compacted access route.
• Remove and replace 134' reinforced side walk.
