TSI completed this design and build project by designing the new hydraulic dock levelers with required dimensions and load capacity. The project involves remove and replacement of new dock levelers and associated safety equipment’s, also involves existing dock improvements
-
Prepared and submitted pre-construction submittals including Health & Safety plan, AHA, project schedule, construction and electrical plans.
-
Removed previous aged/outdated non-functional dock levelers and cleaning and concrete repairs of the dock locations.
-
Install three (3) new dock levelers in existing pits with 20,000lbs dynamic capacity with dimensions of 6 feet wide by 12ft long and having an 18” lip with fully automatic operation with no manual lifting operation required.
-
Separate Blue Genius Gold Standard control units for each of the dock positions.
-
Install new safety OSHA rated guard rail to bear an impact of 10,000lb forklift. New bumpers and guard barriers at each position to ensure dock safety.
